Bilingual Intermediate Strategist - Contractual 4 months

In collaboration with the existing team, the strategist will oversee the strategic planning of mandates, deployment and transformation of impact businesses. This position offers a certain freedom of action while putting our proven methods into practice.

Who are we? is a multidisciplinary design agency that supports companies in their transformation. We use the word design in a broad sense, as it encompasses solution and customer experience design (design thinking), graphic design and industrial design. Since 2010, our strategic and creative approach and our workshops promote the emergence of innovative and sustainable companies that, through their actions, generate positive impacts on the communities around them.

Responsibilities :

In collaboration with and in support of the existing team, the chosen person will bring a strategic vision to the projects, while keeping sustainable development in mind. 
  • Brand identity
  • Strategic planning (annual planning, communication plan, etc.)
  • Strategic and competitive tendency review
  • Facilitation of workshops and presentations
  • Project management (the candidate must have full autonomy over his/her agenda and schedule)
  • Preparation of client presentations and workshop reports
  • Creation of workshop tools (canvas, cartography, matrices, etc.) in co-creation with the team
  • Provide support to workshop leaders in certain mandates
  • Reflection on the strategic application of sustainable development (continuous improvement)
  • The position includes training on the Capsule tool and the 3 dimensions of the business model

A little more about us

Atelier offers constant coaching and implements a skills development plan for each member of its team. Transparent and empowering communication is an integral part of the practice. 

Our offices are located in the Mile End, but since COVID-19 we have been teleworking. The office is our base camp once or twice a week. Our full-time team is composed of 4 people but we collaborate with about 15 satellite talents.
