With an agile structure, Atelier's approach is one of co-creation, offering companies the opportunity to review their positioning and business model. The role of strategist/project manager is a key position for the company. The successful candidate will support the general operations of the agency and actively contribute to the deployment and transformation of impactful businesses.

Who are we?

Atelier.ad is a multidisciplinary design agency that supports companies in their transformation. We use the word design in a broad sense, as it encompasses solution and customer experience design (design thinking), graphic design and industrial design. Since 2010, our strategic and creative approach and our workshops promote the emergence of innovative and sustainable companies that, through their actions, generate positive impacts on the communities around them. Our projects vary greatly in geometry, as we tailor our expertise to the business issue at hand. The nature of our projects varies enormously and can range from a co-created innovation project to a series of training workshops on the targeted subjects, as well as the creation of a new positioning and identity for brand that is deployed on different contact points and communication pieces.

Responsibilities :

In collaboration with and in support of the existing team, the chosen person will bring a strategic vision to the projects, always with a view to sustainable development.
Ensuring the proper development and deployment of impact projects, from the drafting of the brief to the budget assessment, schedule planning and effective management of stakeholders (clients, internal team, suppliers and freelancers).
Participate in the strategic and competitive monitoring of mandates.
Prepare and write client presentations and workshop reports.
Provide support to workshop facilitators.
Plan workshop schedules with the agency's various partners.
Consulting services and project management in communication
Participate in and support the outreach of the social networking workshop.
Management and creation of social media content.

Job Requirements :

Have the will to contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable businesses.
Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree (an asset) in social responsibility, marketing or any other related field.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in strategy and/or multidisciplinary project management in a similar position.
Experience in an agency (an asset).
Agility in presentation and good extension skills.
Be able to complete several projects simultaneously.
Bilingualism: have an excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
Master the Office and GSuite suite.
Knowledge of the business ecosystem is an asset.
Have a good command of social media.

Atelier offers constant coaching and implements a skills development plan for each member of its team. Transparent and empowering communication is an integral part of the practice.

Locations: throughout Quebec

Our offices are located in the Mile End, but since COVID-19 we have been teleworking. The office is our base camp once or twice a week. You are at the other end of Quebec? We are open to meeting you and finding the best way to collaborate! Our team is composed of 5 people but we collaborate with about 15 satellite talents.
