The situation in which we have all been plunged due to the global pandemic has made us realise how important it is to stay connected to our environment. This event has further confirmed the importance of creating a project that is designed to foster community building. With the objective of responding to the current societal context, the BMP Devco project aims to be a model of sustainable building construction both nationally and internationally.
The Quartier Metta is part of an idea of environmental and social awareness. It is a place where the balance between communities and natural environment is found. This gave way to the great idea of "Conscious Neighbourhood" and the inspiration for the name Metta, which is one of the phases of mindfulness meditation.
